It would appear that my roomie is chemically incapable of putting things away. The room has been like this for months.

It gets cleaned, maybe, once a year. That has not happened this year.

Any estimates on a maid-service to sort this out? It would be just this room (13'x13') and a small half-bath. I only have pictures from a couple years ago that show the bathroom.

This is a long-standing issue, and has always been an issue. It stays in the room, so it's not awful, but I also try to keep up the rest of the house. I might want a maid-service to help out with the rest of the house every couple months (counters and floors), but I can't tackle this. The last time I mentioned it to him, he told me to fuck off. I told him to save the attitude for the second time I asked.

Is there a class or a pill that can help with this? The CPAP keeps the snoring down, but that's about all it's done.

I think long-term, you're going to want him to live somewhere else. The sooner the better.

Nono, the first misfire never involved the gun itself, just loading the bullets into the clip. I can't say anything about the second one. I wasn't there.

how the hell do you have "a bad round" "go off"? You have to work really really hard to get that to happen. Either you toss it into a campfire or you fake the firing pin by jamming an icepick into the primer, really hard. Both actions take deliberation.

I have no idea about maid services, but that looks like a rat invitation if I ever saw one. Perhaps if you explained you are avoiding future problems with vermin? Or just inform him that there will be a maid service coming, better get your shit together?

Dude pays his rent, in full and on time. That's the best roomie I've ever had. And that include my married years.
