12:35 PM Him: Hi let me ask you this have you heard of the calendar not showing all of the app. unless she click the bar to scroll up or down then it would show the rest of the app. ANY IDEAS SUGGESTIONS?

which application? is this in outlook? what scrolling are you doing and where?

when you open the calendar you can scroll down to view next or prev. month that bar. so when this ladi does this it shows all the appointments and meetings.
12:43 PM Me: so they have it on the "show all" view, ok
and where was the problem? what wasn't showing?

in all of the calendar is not just one day
12:45 PM Me: so there are appointments missing in one day but not the next?
12:46 PM Him: no, appointments missing in all of the calendar then she scrolls down then they all show up.
12:47 PM Me: hold on. the appointments are missing, but she scrolls down and sees the appointments?
I wait five minutes.

12:55 PM Me: I'm still missing information here. this sounds like someone just scrolling down until they see see something.
12:57 PM Him: yes is wird never seen this one before.
12:59 PM Me: scrolling down until you see something sounds like normal behavior, unless there is something else going on that you haven't told me
but I don't know what that might be, so I'll say I haven't seen this before
