After that, there is a listing of some seven rules and twenty-seven addendum that became necessary as we saw fit. We currently have nine munchkins in Washington who decide what the intent of those rules are.

- Establish justice
- Insure domestic tranquility
- Provide for the common defense
- Promote the general welfare
- Secure the blessing of liberty to:
- ourselves
- and our posterity
