Well, that's coming along nicely.

I was at a party tonight and I brought a thing that came to me in a dream.



I had a dream that I made sushi, but they weren't sushi. The tuna was tomato and the rice was mozzarella and the wasabi was pesto.

Anyway, I made them this afternoon.

String cheese, cut into thirds. Tomatoes, cut into eighths with seeds and centers removed.



You can see how well a box of these was received. It was funny, though, seeing people try one, then deciding they needed to have a couple more. It was very easy to make and popular and I'm defo going to make them again. I encourage others to do the same.

I wrapped them with basil leaves, but I think I'm going to use spinach leaves next time.
